1. Who we are

This website, roberta-gobobbylondon.com (the "Site"), is operated by Go Bobby Ltd, trading as ROBERTA ("Roberta", "we", "us", "our"). Go Bobby Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17269155.

The Site is hosted on Shopify. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

Every piece is designed, made and finished by hand. Because of this:

• no two pieces are exactly identical. Small variations in colour, bead size, shape and finish are part of the character of handmade work and are not a fault;
• colours may look slightly different on your screen from how they look in real life;
• measurements given in product descriptions are approximate.

Our signature charms are made from PVD-coated stainless steel. Please follow any care instructions provided with your piece. Our products contain small parts and are a potential choking hazard: they are not suitable for children under 3, and children should only wear or handle them under adult supervision.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any UK VAT that applies. If you shop from the EU or Switzerland, prices may be shown in your local currency, converted at the current exchange rate, and your card may be charged in that currency. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

We try hard to make sure all prices are correct. If we find a clear pricing error on an item you've ordered, we'll contact you and you can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Your order and our contract

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This is not yet an acceptance. Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timings are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Because pieces are handmade, preparation times may vary. The risk in your order passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us.

If you order from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. Where these are not already included in the price you pay at checkout, you are responsible for paying them. Please check our Shipping Policy for more detail.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you're a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details, including how to return items and what can't be returned, are in our Refund Policy.

7. Faulty items

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. See our Refund Policy for how to tell us.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text, logos and graphics on the Site belong to Roberta or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may update, suspend or withdraw the Site at any time.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these Terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure, but not for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights in relation to the products.

We only supply products for domestic and private use. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

11. Your personal information

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the Site when you placed it.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
